Siri Sounds provides mission-critical satellite radio and communication solutions for maritime operations, aviation communications, emergency response teams, private security contractors, and remote communities. Our services include secure satellite connectivity, priority routing, and reliable communication infrastructure where terrestrial networks are unavailable or unreliable.
Access to our satellite communication services requires a valid service agreement. Service fees are charged according to the deployment plan and coverage requirements you select. Contract terms, payment schedules, and refund policies are specified in individual service agreements.

Siri Sounds is committed to providing reliable satellite communication services with industry-leading uptime targets. While we maintain redundant infrastructure and 24/7 monitoring, service may be temporarily affected by extreme weather conditions, satellite maintenance, or force majeure events. Siri Sounds reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or enhance communication features and network capabilities. We continuously improve our satellite infrastructure and may implement changes to optimize performance. Specific service features and capabilities are outlined in individual service agreements.

Siri Sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, except as specifically outlined in individual service level agreements.
We may suspend or terminate service access in cases of non-payment, violation of terms, or threats to network security. Emergency services maintain priority access during network congestion or maintenance periods as specified in service agreements.
Certain services are designated for emergency and mission-critical communications. Priority access, emergency support procedures, and response times are defined in specific emergency service agreements.
Services must comply with applicable telecommunications regulations, export controls, and security requirements. Users are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals for international deployments.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting service levels or pricing will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Emergency security updates may be implemented immediately.
